The PTSA board meets monthly throughout the year, typically on the 2nd Tuesday evening, starting at 7 pm, either remotely or in person.
PTSA General Meetings for Chief Sealth IHS community usually occur 4 times a year, starting in the fall. They are typically on the 3rd Tuesday of a month and begin at 7 pm.

All are welcome to attend either a board meeting or a general meeting. The difference is, that in board meetings only the board will conduct business and vote on agenda items. General meetings are where business is done and voted on by the available members of the PTSA. You MUST be a paid member to vote at a general membership meeting.
Occasionally, meetings will take place via Zoom or Teams but majority will be held at the school. To request to be placed on the agenda, please send an email to email@example.com with your request in the subject line at least 3 working days before the date of the meeting. (Ex. for a Tuesday meeting, your request is due by 8 pm on Thursday before.)
To request meeting minutes, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the date and topic of the meeting. The Meeting Minutes will be made available within 7-10 business days.
