3 Items of interest for our families, college info & meetings on Running Start / I. B.

Three items of interest for our families:

From the Counseling office:

1. Career/College Info Night –March 23rd 6:00-7:30 pm in the Library – Open to all students and families but geared towards Juniors and Seniors
10th Grade LA Classroom Lessons on Test Taking Skills and Test Anxiety
This will focus on how to pick a career or college and we will be asking the financial aid person from south to come and explain financial aid.

2. April 1st (3:30 pm) and April 6th (Mentorship) – Running Start Informational Meetings-

Any student who wants to take running start must attend one of the meetings. Parents are welcome but not required. During that meeting we will cover IB and Running Start. Also there is information on the school counseling page about IB Vs. Running Start that is what we will be covering plus student responsibilities should they choose to go through the RS program.

And lastly,
